Yes,  when rented through Turo it is protected by the renters insurance and Turo adds an additional layer of protection which is part of the fee outlined above. This coverage includes $750,000 of coverage and covers 100% of any damage. That means we cover any deductible.

When Rented directly from Happily Ever Auto you are covered by the renters insurance as well as our commercial fleet insurance in a similar fashion to Turo. We also cover the deductible.

In Addition, We connect every vehicle to GPS Tracking during rentals to alert us to reckless driving, speeding an negative behavior. This device is portable and will be removed if you need to use the vehicle for your personal use.

Yes, Turo performs license checks and both Turo and Happily Ever Auto verifies the identity of the renter and validate they are the ones renting.

We provide a lockbox and the code is only available to us and the renter. The combination is regularly changed for security.

We do our best to provide a vehicle but it is based on availability and first come first served. During busy seasons it may not be available.

This is set by you and can be between 1 hour and 2 days.

Yes! You control the calendar and can block out the vehicle anytime (except during an active rental)

That is up to you. You can keep your insurance or we offer insurance as well as part of the program for an additional fee but it is usually less than personal insurance.

The renter is given a specific mileage limit based on the class of car and if they go over the mileage they pay a elevated per mile rate and you receive 75% of the overage.

We provide a toll pass for all vehicles and the renter is automatically charged accordingly.
